Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you might be wondering (and a few things you didn’t know to ask)

Planning a Disney vacation comes with a lot of moving parts — and it’s completely normal to have questions. Here are some of the most common things families ask before we start working together.

If you’ve never been before, this is actually when planning help matters most.

Disney looks simple on the surface — book a hotel, buy tickets, show up — but behind the scenes there are dining reservations, park strategies, transportation timing, experiences that sell out, and dozens of small decisions that affect your entire day.

Most families don’t realize how intricate it is until they’re already there and overwhelmed.

My job is to make sure your trip feels smooth, intentional, and magical — not stressful or chaotic.

My services are separate from Disney pricing — you’re paying for the strategy, expertise, time, and support that protects your vacation experience.

Think of it like this:
You’re already investing thousands in your trip.

Having it planned well ensures you actually enjoy every dollar you’re spending.

A great plan doesn’t cost you more — it helps you get more value out of what you’re already paying for.

You absolutely can — and many families try.

But most quickly realize how much time it takes to research resorts, dining, experiences, park strategy, and timing.

And even with research, there are countless “insider” details most first-timers don’t know to look for.

I’ve spent years learning those details so you don’t have to.

Instead of hours of stress and second-guessing, you get a clear plan and peace of mind.

The sooner, the better.

Dining reservations open 60 days in advance and many popular restaurants book within minutes. Resorts and experiences also fill quickly.

For the best availability and the smoothest process, I recommend starting at least 4–6 months ahead (earlier for busy seasons).

But if your trip is sooner, reach out — I’m happy to help whenever I can.

Yes!

Depending on your package, I handle dining reservations, special experiences, and hard-to-get bookings for you as soon as they become available.

If something is sold out, I monitor for openings and grab it when it becomes available.

You don’t have to wake up at 6am refreshing your phone — I’ve got it covered.

Everything that makes your trip feel easy and enjoyable.

This includes:
• resort recommendations
• park day strategy
• personalized daily itineraries
• dining & experience reservations
• pacing & break planning
• transportation guidance
• insider tips & hidden gems
• support while you travel

Every plan is built specifically around your family — not a generic template.

Absolutely.

I’m always thoughtful about helping families spend wisely and get the most value for their budget.

At the same time, I gently remind families that Disney isn’t a place where extreme penny-pinching leads to the best experience.

The goal isn’t just “cheapest” — it’s “smartest.”

I help you prioritize what truly matters so your money goes toward the experiences that create the most magic.

After staying both on and off property, I strongly recommend staying on property whenever possible.

Disney resorts aren’t just hotels — they’re part of the immersion and the magic.

Transportation is easier, perks add up, and you feel like you’re inside the Disney bubble the entire trip.

For first-time families especially, that full experience makes a huge difference.

No problem at all.

I can still step in and help you plan the rest of your trip, build your itinerary, and manage reservations.

Wherever you are in the process, we can meet you there.

Life happens — especially with kids.

Depending on your package, I’m available during your trip to answer questions, make adjustments, or help pivot if something changes.

You’re never on your own.

Families are my specialty, but I plan for couples, multi-generational trips, and adults-only vacations too.

That said, if you’re traveling with kids — especially for the first time — that’s where my experience really shines.

I’ve lived every stage myself, and I know exactly how to pace days so everyone stays happy.
