✨Now booking 2026 ✨Less Stress, More Magic ✨Let’s start planning ✨855-803-3820✨

Hi, I’m Andrea — and Disney planning isn’t just something I do… it’s something I genuinely love.
I’m a mom of four kids — ages 46, 19, 15, and 13.
Kidding… mostly. That first one is my husband. But if you’ve ever done Disney with him, you’d understand why he counts. 😊
We’ve been traveling to Walt Disney World consistently since my oldest was just four years old — before my youngest was even born. Disney has been the backdrop to so many of our family memories, milestones, and traditions.
Which also means I’ve experienced Disney with every stage of childhood imaginable.
Toddlers and strollers.
Elementary school energy.
Tweens and thrill rides.
Teenagers with opinions.
And everything in between.
Over the years, we've been on trips to Disney World from just the five of us… to extended family vacations with up to 21 people. And every time, I’m the one in charge of the planning, reservations, and experiences — not because I have to be, but because I truly love it.
Some families wing it (I HIIGHLY discourage this).
I plan — strategically, thoughtfully, and with purpose.
Because Disney isn’t “just a vacation.” It’s a giant, intricate world of choices and timing: parks, resorts, dining, transportation, reservations, special experiences, and a hundred little decisions that can make or break your day.
Most families don’t realize how much planning goes into a great Disney trip until they’re already there.
That’s where I come in.
I don’t believe planning is only about going slow or doing less. Disney has too much to offer for that — and if you take it too slow, you can miss out on the very experiences you came for.
My planning style is all about balance: seeing and experiencing the most while still keeping your days enjoyable, realistic, and not overwhelming for anyone in your group.
That balance takes strategy.
And strategy starts with getting to know your family.
I learn your kids’ ages, personalities, interests, energy levels, and what “a great vacation” actually looks like for you — then I build a plan that fits your family, not a generic checklist.
One thing I feel strongly about is where you stay.
We’ve stayed both on property and off property, and I can say this with confidence: feeling the full effect of the Disney magic starts with staying on Disney property. The resorts are not just a place to sleep at night. They’re part of the experience — the immersion, the atmosphere, the transportation, the little moments that make Disney feel like Disney even before you step into a park.
When you stay on property, you don’t just visit Disney…
You live in it for a few days.
And that’s when the magic becomes something you can truly feel.
And here’s something I care deeply about — especially for first-time families.
If you’ve never been to Disney before, you don’t know what you don’t know.
From the outside, planning can look simple. It can feel like something you can figure out once you get there. So it’s easy to think you don’t really need help.
But first trips are actually the ones that need thoughtful planning the most.
I’ve met so many families over the years who say they “hate Disney” — and almost every time, it wasn’t Disney they hated. It was the stress, the crowds, the missed reservations, the exhaustion, and the feeling of being overwhelmed because no one showed them how to navigate it.
They weren’t prepared to the level they needed to be.
That’s the part I want to change.
It’s become a bit of a mission of mine to help first-time families experience Disney the way it’s meant to feel — joyful, smooth, exciting, and magical — not chaotic or stressful. Because when it’s planned well, it truly is incredible.
So if you’re brand new and wondering if planning help is really necessary… I gently implore you to give me a little of your time. Let me show you what’s possible. Let me handle the details so your very first trip can be the one that makes you fall in love with Disney — not swear you’ll never go back.
That’s what I want for the families I work with — not just a trip that “went fine,” but one that feels unforgettable. The kind of vacation where you’re present, confident, and actually enjoying your time together because the details are handled and the plan makes sense.
I plan with intention. I plan with strategy. And I plan with heart.
Because the goal isn’t checking every box.
It’s protecting the magic while making sure you experience the very best of it.
If you’re looking for a Disney vacation that feels joyful, meaningful, and easy — without missing the moments that matter most — I would love to help you create it.
Let’s protect the magic together. ✨
With Love, Andrea
